Francesca Murray is a visionary leader and change-maker with over a decade of experience in project management, software specialization, business process analysis, and portfolio analysis.

As an Entrepreneur and Spiritual Life coach she is also the founder of Brothers In Arms Building Better Lives and The Science of Inner Work Philosophy Healing Modality. Her unique combination of business acumen, spiritual wisdom, and healing expertise makes her a powerful asset to any organization looking to improve performance, maximize environmental impact and empower their employees.

Francesca’s mission is to teach humanity how to exit cycles of karmic suffering so that they can express and experience their divinity, in order to save the environment for current and future generations. She is passionate about using mindfulness as a tool for empowerment and incorporating diversity council initiatives to promote inclusion, equity and social impact.

With experience in homelessness and recovery, Francesca has a deep understanding of the challenges facing marginalized people and communities and the importance of addressing root causes of suffering. She has successfully developed and implemented programs to support men and women in overcoming trauma and building better lives.

Francesca’s coaching and healing modalities can be embraced by individuals, non-profits, corporations and government organizations equally. Her Inner Work Journey and Science of Inner Work Philosophy Method have been praised for their effectiveness in promoting personal growth, emotional intelligence and sustainable change.

Francesca’s vision is to evolve the way humanity is served, into higher levels of service that nourishes evolutionary growth for higher conscious experience and expression. Her dream is to wake up the consciousness of leaders, so that they too can begin the implementation of healing modalities and science created by higher level beings into the external fabric of societal structure such as schools, the workplace, mental health, food, liberating technology, community, relationships, mind, body, and soul.
