People: See. Serve. Uplift.

A Compassion Games Doorway for Caring for One Another

The People Doorway invites us to turn empathy into action.

During the Compassion Games: Survival of the Kindest, people everywhere are invited to notice one another more deeply, serve where help is needed, and uplift human dignity through acts of kindness, care, and connection.

This doorway is for anyone who feels called to care for family, friends, neighbors, elders, youth, strangers, vulnerable communities, and people who may be overlooked, isolated, or in need of support.

Whether you check in on a neighbor, support someone going through a hard time, feed people who are hungry, welcome someone who feels alone, volunteer with a local organization, or create a circle of belonging — your action matters.

Together, we can make compassion visible.

Watch: People — See. Serve. Uplift.

This short video introduces the People Doorway and shows how simple acts of care can become part of a larger field of shared impact.

Why This Matters Now

The Compassion Games begin on June 21 and continue for 99 days, leading to September 27.

This gives us a shared timeframe to practice compassion, take meaningful action, report what happens, and tell the story together.

The world does not only need more good intentions. It needs visible acts of care, service, and solidarity. It needs people who are willing to see one another, serve where help is needed, and uplift human dignity in real and practical ways.

Every act of compassion matters. Every report adds to the story. Every community can become part of the field of play.

How to play?

You can begin simply.

1. Choose a Way to Play

Start with the featured way to play:

See. Serve. Uplift.

To see means to pay attention — to recognize the humanity, dignity, needs, gifts, and stories of the people around us.

To serve means to take compassionate action — offering time, kindness, support, resources, listening, encouragement, or practical help.

To uplift means to strengthen hope — helping people feel valued, included, respected, and less alone.

2. Take Compassionate Action

Start with one person, one act, one moment of care.
ou might check in on someone, feed and nourish people, welcome someone who feels alone, volunteer in service, practice everyday kindness, or protect the dignity of someone being mistreated or overlooked.

3. Report What You Do

The Compassion Games are not about doing everything. They are about doing something — and making it count.

When you submit a Compassion in Action Report, your action becomes part of a larger story of shared impact.
