Together: Play. Coordinate. Co-create.
A Compassion Games Doorway for Shared Impact
The challenges we face are too large for any one person, organization, or movement to solve alone.
The Together Doorway is for teams, networks, coalitions, organizations, communities, and movements ready to come together around a shared purpose.
This doorway invites us to move from separate efforts into coordinated action — aligning our gifts, goals, relationships, and resources to create Shared Impact.
A Collective Win is a shared outcome that everyone can contribute to and celebrate together.

Featured Way to Play: Shared Impact
Shared Impact helps teams and networks:
- Align around a shared intention
- Identify common outcomes
- Coordinate complementary contributions
- Form action circles or working groups
- Practice co-opetition: cooperating while inspiring one another to do more good
- Report and reflect on what was accomplished together
Shared Impact is especially useful for collaboration, collective impact, civic engagement, community organizing, networks, coalitions, bioregional action, campaigns, and movements.
A Collective Win might be:
“Together, we will mobilize our community to complete 1,000 acts of compassion in 99 days.”
“Together, we will strengthen the local food system by connecting growers, volunteers, and families in need.”
“Together, we will organize a bioregional team of teams to protect water, restore land, and serve our communities.”

Report Your Compassion in Action
Every act of compassion matters.
Every team contribution matters.
Every shared effort helps reveal what becomes possible when we play together.
After your team takes action, submit a Compassion in Action Report so your story, metrics, reflections, and impact can be included in the larger Compassion Games field.
