In this section, we will be sharing Ways to Play that are focused on individuals powering themselves up to create compassion in their own world. We call these daily ways to train our compassion muscles Personal Power-Ups.
Each Personal Power-Up is categorized into 3 dimensions, “For Self”, “For Others”, and “For Earth”, to highlight the elements of what each Power-Up taps into most. (Note: all Power-Ups are first and foremost “For Self”, and ripple out to effect all the other dimensions of compassion, which are ultimately One!)
We will be adding a diverse array of Personal Power-Ups in the following days. For now, we welcome you to explore our first Power-Ups below designed by the Power-Up trainers!
